Form for Rising Stars Youth Dressage and Hack Challenge that takes place
at Heritage Show Park in Chilliwack on August 22, 23, 24, 2008.

Entries close on August 3, 2008 at 5:00 pm or when
100 horse/rider combinations are received

Age division is determined by the age of the rider
as of December 31, 2008.

Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be
processed, so please make sure you complete the entry. A check list
is included at the end of the prizelist.
